The group was founded in 1994 and since then, they have performed all over the world, from Singapore to Toronto – and this year, they will perform at Sziget. For more information on the group, visit their homepage. In other news, Sziget is looking for volunteers interested in experiencing the event from the “other” side. Those seeking to discover the secrets of how major music festivals are organized, looking to gather experience in the area or simply want to do something useful during the summer – and are citizens of countries in the European Economic Area are expected to get in touch with the people behind the event at https://fesztivalonkentes.hu. According to the website, the volunteers will work, on average, six hours a day, and will get space for a tent, work clothes, and one meal each day – this leaves plenty of free time to explore the wonders of the festival. Those under the age of 18 will be able to apply to positions for Gyereksziget (Children’s Sziget) and Gourmet Festival – everyone looking to work at Sziget 2019 has to be 18 or older.
