The final day of the 25th anniversary Sziget Festival has come. Over the last week, Szitizens had the chance to see amazing acts both on and off the stages of the event, enjoy the performances of illusionists, acrobats, clowns, and dancers, chill out and relax or even get their blood pumping to the music played or mixed by various musicians, artists, and DJs. A surprise announcement this evening from the Sziget 2017 crew: multiple performers of the DIM MAK label will take the stage of the Telekom Electronic Beats Arena on the 13th of August. The names announced today: Steve Aoki MORTEN Garmiani Matroda Boehm DIM MAK Records is an independent record label based in Los Angeles, California. The Island of Freedom has closed its gates on Sunday night (or Monday morning, depending on how you count the days). This was the 23rd edition of the festival, and it has broken every record on daily and weekly attendance. During the week-long event the number of visitors exceeded 441,000, coming from all over the world. The top ten countries where visitors have come from includes the Netherlands, the UK, France, but also Australia, with more than 1,000 visitors coming from Down Under.
