Sziget lineups Poster - www.szigetnews.com

There has been a lot of chatter about how Sziget's lineups keep getting worse (or more "mainstream") in the last few years. We've decided to take a walk down memory lane and look at the lineups of the festival since 2009 (this is as far as our records go back). There are two things that influence the lineup of a music festival that make their presence felt in the case of Sziget, too - even if it considers itself (and it is considered by many) more than just that: the current taste of the prospective visitors and the availability of performers

LaBrassBanda

Just like in the previous years, the Sziget Festival will feature great music from all over the world. The organizers of the event have just announced the lineup of the World Music Stage, which will be incredibly colorful this year - focusing on roma (gypsy) traditions this year.
