Last-Minute: Blasterjaxx Joins Bacardi Arena Lineup

Blasterjaxx joins the lineup of the 2019 Sziget Festival’s Bacardi Arena in a last-minute change after Maurice West had to cancel his gig at the venue. The Dutch duo will take the stage at the Bacardi Arena on August 10, at 11:30 PM.

The Dutch DJ/producer duo consists of two youngsters, Thom Jongkind and Idir Makhlaf who have started making music together in the Hague in 2010. Their style is best described as big room house and electro house but they sometimes go in directions like progressive, future bass, and trap as well.

BlasterJaxx’s most successful single so far was “Faith”, released in 2013, that has reached a respectable position on the Dutch charts in the year of its release and the Swedish charts in 2014. They are currently #37 on DJMag’s Top 100 DJs list.

The two have released a studio album called Perspective on July 19 this year.
