We’ve had a lot of feedback from you about the line-up poll and most of you (51% – 188 votes) thought it could have been better this year. Still, a closer look at the Main Stage schedule on the official site will rise a question mark.
There is nothing programmed on Friday August 15th, in the spot between URH and Sex Pistols. Will there be a new announcement soon? That is the question.
It it very hard to think that the spot will remain empty or that URH will play for three whole hours.

Even EXIT exceeded you, Exit has much better lineup this year. Booka Shade, Deep Dish, Laurent Garnier, Soulwax, the Presets… and many more.. You could have at least bring Booka shade, or Ladytron – Will ladytron EVER play on Sziget? I am disappointed, but I am coming still

Electronical music is indeed poorly represented this year and is greatly exceeded by, among others, Exit festival. The last spot on the mainstage is hopefuly filled by N.E.R.D, Flaming Lips, Rammstein, Underworld, Sigur Ros… They’re all in the neighbourhood since they’re playing on lowlands anyway. Ans to top it of I want to see Jeff Mills in the Party Area!

The Hives already played on Sziget last year, I prefer something else. I’m afraid it will be Quimby, but I’m hoping for Underworld, Dropkick Murphys, Queens Of The Stone Age, Sting, Rammstein, Fatboy Slim, Foo Fighters or Groove Armada.
I’d also like to be surprised with a big name that I didn’t expect to come to a festival (like Madness and Sinead O’Connor last year and Leonard Cohen this year, if he wouldn’t have cancelled it).

We hoped for bigger names from electronic music genre, too. Only one of them we haven’t seen already is Justice.. (And they were here in Finland couple weeks ago)
Underworld, Prodigy, Hybrid etc. would be very nice on the main stage. But we wont complain if it is Depeche Mode, RATM or Metallica..

That was just a rumor, started by Seeticket’s newsletter. It didn’t confirm, though…
