Namely, among the perks are: Free public transport within Budapest city limits Free and discounted spa entrance: one entry is free, then you get a 20% discount to all spas and beaches; Free shuttle buses – Sziget shuttle buses from Liszt Ferenc airport to the festival area, free to use; Free Sziget Boat – Sziget boat service between city center and the island, free; 50% or more off museum entrances; 20% off at Budapest zoo; At least 50% discount on Budapest museum tickets; 20% discount at Budapest Zoo. Anyone know if you can use the pass to get from the airport to the city centre? Or at least to somewhere in the city where I can then start using the free public transport to get to my apartment?
yes you can use it from the airport to the city center you need to get your city pass at the airport and then you can take the bus + metro to go to the center
More then ever the the financial costs of any approach seem to carry the most weight in any decision making. Although the decisions being made may not be the right answers, or even the most renbaoasle answers, they are often the least expensive approach.
