Deathstars officially confirmed for Sziget 2009

More good news for all you metal fans travelling to Sziget Festival 2009! Swedish industrial goth metal band Deathstars will play Sziget Festival 2009 on August 14. (thanks go to from Hungary and Tibor). This good news is confirmed on the official Deathstars website. Szigetnews friend Tibor also tells us that you will also be able to catch Deathstars in concert in Budapest in October, at the Diesel, where they will play with Diary of Dreams, The Birthday Massacre and Dope Stars Inc. as support acts. Brujeria at Sziget Festival 2009!

Tonight we have some more good news for all you metalheads coming to Sziget Festival 2009. A few days we announced GWAR, now we're telling you about legendary masked metal band Brujeria, that will play Sziget Festival 2009 on August 14th. The news is confirmed on their management website. Faith No More announces lineup

Faith No More have announced the lineup for this summer's European tour. Jim Martin won't be a part of it, as rumored. The lineup is as follows: Mike Patton - vocals Jon Hudson - guitar Billy Gould - bass Mike Bordin - drums Roddy Bottum - keyboards No tour dates have been announced yet, but rumors seem to suggest a Faith No More concert at Sziget this year.

Gary Holt, songwriter and lead guitarist of EXODUS: “After many years in the planning and discussion stage, we have finally completed the re-recording of “Bonded By Blood.” We have decided to call it “Let There Be Blood” and it is our way of paying homage to Paul Baloff by showing how relevant these songs we had written together still are.
