And if you weren’t there, you could always get in on the action through live streams. Since some of you have already started sending in their thoughts, we thought we’d do a special post, where you can leave comments telling everyone about the way you experienced Sziget 2013.

The last name to grace Sziget 2013 is The Fratellis. The announcement was supposed to include two names, the first one being Babylon Circus, which we told you about earlier. The news about The Fratellis playing Sziget 2013, together with Babylon Circus, has been officially confirmed by the organizers in a post on the Sziget Official Facebook page. Now that things are pretty much final, and Sziget 2013 is less than a week away, you can still vote in the Sziget 2013 line up poll, if you haven’t done so already.
Last Sziget 2013 announcement “very soon” 2013 line up Sziget 2013 July 31, 2013July 31, 201323 Sziget 2013 is close to its beginning, but we still have some “holes” left in the program. Well, the organizers promise to fill them in an announcement, which is imminent. According to an answer on the Sziget Festival Official Facebook page, the announcement will come “very soon”. The same answer also mentions that only one of the two names to be announced will be a “bigger” one. We’re just as curious as you are! Who do you think Sziget will announce?
Bingo Players at Sziget 2013 2013 line up sziget festival July 26, 2013July 26, 201310 Bingo Players is the latest name added to the Sziget 2013 line up. The Dutch act will entertain you at the Sziget 2013 Arena on August 6, or Day Zero, if you will. The news has been announced on the official Facebook pages. (thanks go to murczey and FAB)
Azealia Banks cancels Sziget 2013 performance 2013 line up sziget festival July 22, 2013July 27, 20134 Azealia Banks will no longer be playing Sziget 2013.The sad news has been announced by the Sziget organizers earlier today on the Sziget Festival Official Facebook page. Said page mentions the “unforeseen physical pressure of her tour” as the reason for the cancellation. A replacement has already been put into place - French percussion band, Les Tambours du Bronx will be playing Sziget Festival 2013 instead of Azealia Banks.
Dutch band KinKobra at Sziget 2013 2013 line up sziget festival July 19, 2013July 27, 20138 Dutch band KinKobra will play Sziget 2013’s Talent Stage. The band took part in a contest by 3FM, which it has won, so it has ensured its presence at Sziget. (thanks go to Johan)
Irish Pub Stage schedule now published 2013 line up sziget festival July 18, 2013July 18, 20132 The Irish Pub Stage now has its full schedule published. The schedule of the stage is now online on the official site and you can check it out here. The stage programs will start on August 6, which is good news for those arriving early. A Jam de la Creme will also be taking place, like last year, which should be interesting info especially for Dutch Sziget goers. (thanks Peer and Steven!)
Batucada Sound Machine and Holic at Sziget 2013 2013 line up Sziget 2013 sziget festival July 16, 2013July 16, 20133 Batucada Sound Machine and Holic are the latest acts to self-confirm for Sziget 2013. According to a press release about their current tour, Batucada Sound Machine will be playing Sziget on August 7. Eventful also lists Holic for August 9, at the Holland Meets Hungary stage. LochNesz and Paddy and the Rats at Sziget 2013 2013 line up self-confirmed July 15, 2013July 15, 20137 Two new bands in the Sziget 2013 line up. Hungarian acts LochNesz and Paddy and the Rats have both self-confirmed their presence at Sziget Festival 2013. LochNesz say on their Facebook page that they will be playing Sziget 2013 on August 10 at 1 AM, while Paddy and the Rats will be on the island on the same day. The Gaslight Anthem at Sziget 2013 gets cancelled 2013 line up Sziget 2013 sziget festival July 10, 2013July 10, 201316 The Gaslight Anthem at Sziget 2013 won’t be happening, after all. As some of you have noticed yesterday, when the Sziget 2013 schedule has been published on the official website, there was no Gaslight Anthem in it. Well, the reason is that the band has cancelled its Sziget 2013 performance, and the information is confirmed by the Sziget organization on Facebook.
