Sziget 2013 Android app gets updated, includes programs, ticketing

The Sziget 2013 Android app has been updated, and now includes many more features for those going to Sziget 2013.

If you didn’t uninstall the app from last year, you should probably already have the new version installed. You can now buy tickets from the app (which includes a new layout, too), and there’s also an offline map.

There are also new views, like “nearby programs” and the app seems to be better organized and easier to use.

It’s also possible for the app to remind you of Sziget programs you want to see, ten minutes before they start, so you can’t miss something important for you. You can also share your own programs with your friends, and many more things.

The app is a useful way of keeping up with things before and during Sziget 2013.

If you don’t already have it, you can always get it from the Google Play Store, for free, here.

  1. Right who are we to believe the app says 4 more Main stage acts to be announced and szigetnews says 1 based on 4 per day (i’ve only checked the main stage couldnt be arsed with the other ones)

ps. because I havent moaned about anythig today I will moan that theres no french or german language available on the app ok i dont speak french or german but would of liked the option 😛

  2. To be honest I think they just forgot to put some of the bands on, but if you look at the main stage under venues on the app there’s only 3 bands on the 7th, 9th, 10th and 11th
